Limited Import Power of Attorney
A customs broker must have a valid customs power of attorney before representing or conducting customs business on behalf of the importer. This form is limited to customs import related transactions and services. The importer must also report their tax identification number, and specify whether they are importing as a corporation, partnership, sole proprietor, or an individual.

Security Shipping Contract
Regulatory requirements by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) require that shippers agree to security measures for any shipment transported by air. Island Cargo Support must have this agreement on file (or a suitable equivalent) for handling a shipper’s air cargo needs.

Limited Power of Attorney USPPI-FPPI
This agreement gives Island Cargo Support the legal authority under U.S. Law to assist in the preparation and handling of export related information and controls. This document covers both USPPI (United States Principal Party of Interest) and FPPI (Foreign Principal Party of Interest) routed export shipments under the U.S. Federal Code of Regulations by the U.S. Census Bureau.
